belts and the upholstery
The belts are made by high-quality hard genuine leather of 3 mm tikness. The cushions seat and back are made by 40 piece of genuine leather suwed one by one toghether with 62 piece of pipin, every pipin is a small piece of leather with inside a plastic wire glued and suwed one by one to avoid that the usage of seat make this come out.
Every button and piping are covered with reduced thikness genuine leather.The seast and back are between connected by tow hinges in the back side cover by belt and the back is fixed on the frame in a clean and not visible way. NEWADVENTURE logo is on the cushion and marked on the frame.
The tikness side of seat and back are made by long piece of leather to avoid see the suwed on the corner, same think for the long piping.
The frame
The frame is in high-quality solid steel (polished by machine in long pieces the mirror polish by hands, made in 5 pieces then assembled with special screws and pin) this way allow production to made perfect mirror polish and high-quality chrome plated the corner and side of the flat steel are perfect sharp. Every frame is marked with NEWADVENTURE logo.
